My journey into the culinary world began in my mother’s kitchen. An exceptional cook, she didn’t just nurture my love for food; she gave me her expertise and taught me that the secret to any great dish is soul. Before MSK became a household name, I spent years refining my craft, finding immense joy in catering for family, friends, and community gatherings where the vibrant flavours of my heritage were always the guest of honour.
In 2015, driven by that lifelong passion and armed with extensive research into the UK’s catering industry, I set out with a purposeful vision: to bridge the gap in the market for authentic, elevated Nigerian and Afro-Caribbean cuisine. Today, MSK Catering Services Ltd is a testament to that vision. We don’t just serve food; we tantalise palates and evoke a sense of nostalgia. Whether we are catering a grand wedding or a black-tie gala, our mission remains the same: to share the rich stories of West African and Caribbean culture through an unforgettable dining experience.
